Hot/Cold Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage relaxes the body, releases toxins, and reduces pains from arthritis, anxiety, stress, back pain, depression, insomnia and problems related to blood circulation. Swedish/Relaxation Massage
A combination of movements including effleurage, petrissage, and circular friction are used in this massage. The goal of the massage is to relax you while relieving tight muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage includes deep pressure applied to the muscles and tendons of the body. Techniques include, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as some Swedish strokes. The end result of this massage is to relieve tightness/soreness that you feel.

Pregnancy Massage
Relaxation and comfort for the expectant mother is the primary focus of this massage. The use of pillows with light touch is what makes this massage calming. Please bring a doctor’s note if this is the massage for you.

Sports
If you are an athlete this is the massage for you. This massage will energize you and warm up your muscles before an event, or relax you and your muscles post event.

Orthopedic
This massage integrates different techniques that will help develop functional movement in soft tissue damage and injuries. During this massage, you will be asked to participate to ensure the best care is given. Different stretches and exercises may be given to improve the condition even further.

Kinesiotaping
Kinesio Tape can be place nearly anywhere on the body and help to re-educate the neuromuscular system, reduce pain, enhance performance, prevent injury, & promote improved circulation and healing.
Prices vary, but are generally $1 per minute for application plus the cost of the Kinesiotape.
All Others
I am constantly learning new massage techniques that may not be listed on the site. Please inquire about any other form of massage you are interested in. If I don't offer it, and there appears to be a demand for it, I will do my best to take classes on that form of massage.
Late Cancel/No Show Policy
Due to the increasing number of no shows and late cancels, I am implementing the following fees:
Late Cancel (less than two hours): You will be charged for half of the service requested.
No Show (less than 20 minutes cancel or not showing at all): You will be charged for the full price of the service requested.
***You will be required to pay for late cancels or no shows prior to any future service from Massage by Megan.
That being said, I understand that extenuating circumstances do arise, but please be respectful and call before your appointment and let me know.
Please remember that when you cancel late or do not show for your appointment, you are filling a time slot for someone who may have wanted an appointment and was turned down.
